1. IF I CHOOSE THE MONTHLY "PAY AS YOU GO" PAYMENT OPTION HOW DO I CANCEL?

You can cancel at ANY time if you are on the pay as you go monthly plan.  Cancel by accessing your account through our website using the link you were sent when you first signed up, or just email us at hello@ibbeautiful.com.  

2.  WHEN WILL MY FIRST BOX SHIP?

Holiday Shipping Schedule:

We are shipping continuously from now through the second week of December.  When you place your order you will be able to chose which week you would like us to ship your first box.

The choice of shipping weeks are:

Third week of November

Last week of November

First week of December

Second week of December

First week of January

 

After the December 15th we will return to our normal shipping schedule.

3.  HOW IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?

If you've chosen our month-to-month recurring charge option your credit card is automatically billed each month on the same day you originally signed up.  This type of subscription continues until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and for any reason by emailing us at hello@ibbeautiful.com

4.  WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWEEN AND TEEN BOX?

Although we are not a make up box in any way we do include some appropriate light make up items in the teen boxes.  All our items for the teen or tween box are always age appropriate.

5.  DO YOU CHARGE TAX?

By state law taxes are applied to orders shipped within California since we are headquartered in California.  Other states do not incur sales tax.

6.  WHAT COUNTRIES DOES IBBEAUTIFUL SHIP TO?

Currently we ship within the US.  We can also ship to Canadian addresses but need you to contact us first at hello@ibbeautiful.com so we can alert you to shipping charges.

7.  ALLERGIES

Each month our boxes are filled with different items.  We understand that allergies are a very serious concern.  For cosmetic, skin care, and all topical items we urge you to be vigilant in looking at your child's box if allergies are an issue.  Please review all ingredients prior to allowing your child to use any products that might cause concern.  We cannot be held responsible for any reactions to products, materials, or ingredients within our boxes.

8.  REFUNDS?

We're pretty confident that your girls will be delighted by our boxes!  We do not offer refunds but will work with you on any issue to fix it so that you are delighted too!

9.  WHAT IF I MOVE?

Your subscription can follow you, but you must notify us via email of your new address prior to the 15th of the month.  We are not responsible for boxes that have been shipped to prior address if we have not been notified before the 15th of the current month.

10.  INCORRECT ADDRESS CHARGE - 

If an incorrect address is given when signing up and we ship to the address you provided we'll need to charge you to reship to correct address, so please make sure you are providing us with the correct shipping address.
